Dont use paddio your stupid great people
This was my 1st time buying a home. Nicholas was so patient with me. We got under each other's skin a time or two, but he made it happen for us, and I am forever thankful. If you are thinking about trying to buy a home, hit up Nicholas @ Paddio. We didn't have the best credit, and we didn't need a very big down payment using the FHA loan.
I would recommend Paddio to anyone who wants to buy a place.
