I highly recommend paddio too anyone that is looking to buy a home if you have tried before with others please don’t ever give up and give paddio a try everyone there we was working with was all awesome and very helpful and respectful all I can say is paddio treats you like family…. I had never heard of Paddio before and found them by mistake, and am glad I did! My experience with Paddio was fantastic from beginning to end and it only took a little over four (4) weeks to close. But you have to do your part and follow their lead. If they need paperwork, get it to them as quickly as possible so they can do their job. You will not be mislead by Paddio. They are on your side!
These people know what the heck they're doing. I was a bit skeptical at first since I had never heard of Paddio, but they definitely proved they are legit. They make it a very smooth process and are very easy to work with. I plan to work with them again in the future.

Jacob and Stephanie were super awesome! They had awesome communication were quick to answer any questions thoroughly and gave what I saw to be more than one hundred percent. I felt we were a team. They had ideas I didn’t know were possible and shared them and advised me in the right direction to complete my loan I would highly recommend them and would have no doubts they are the best.
