Lack of communication in some areas.
We are so happy we chose Paddio for our loan. We can not say enough about how fantastic the team has been. Any time we had a question or concern they were quick to pick up. Everything was laid out for ease and so easy to upload or sign anything needed. Great customer service. Absolutely wonderful.

I would highly recommend Paddio home loans to anyone looking for a mortgage. Chad, Stephanie and the rest of the team behind the scenes made this once daunting task seem easy. They were so efficient, quick and responsive that we were able to quickly close on our first home in this hectic market. I can’t thank them enough!!
I did not appreciate the "sales approach" strategies that are used with Paddio services. It feels to me like the loan officers are working in a stressful environment and so transfer that stress to the customers. Communication was not consistent and I received mixed messages about the course of action I should take as a buyer.

Paddio makes it easy and seamless to buy your home. The system makes the process of providing all your documentation and communication a breeze. But the best thing about Paddio is the team of people they have working to help you close on your home! Our loan officer Brennan Ventress and his assistant Amy were absolutely phenomenal! Words cannot explain how grateful we are that Brennan was our loan officer. He made securing a loan for our home a stress free process. He was very thorough, open, and honest. Brennan and Amy together made it very easy to trust the process. They communicated with us daily, made sure all documentation was in order, and explained everything that was needed from us to move forward. Brennan even advocated on our behalf with our seller and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were able to close on our home on time. Brennan and his team were an absolute gem and we will be recommending him to friends and family and anyone who is looking to buy homes in the near future.
