Start NowI had never heard of Paddio before and found them by mistake, and am glad I did! My experience with Paddio was fantastic from beginning to end and it only took a little over four (4) weeks to close. But you have to do your part and follow their lead. If they need paperwork, get it to them as quickly as possible so they can do their job. You will not be mislead by Paddio. They are on your side!
These people know what the heck they're doing. I was a bit skeptical at first since I had never heard of Paddio, but they definitely proved they are legit. They make it a very smooth process and are very easy to work with. I plan to work with them again in the future.
