Lack of communication in some areas.
We are so happy we chose Paddio for our loan. We can not say enough about how fantastic the team has been. Any time we had a question or concern they were quick to pick up. Everything was laid out for ease and so easy to upload or sign anything needed. Great customer service. Absolutely wonderful.

Start NowI did not appreciate the "sales approach" strategies that are used with Paddio services. It feels to me like the loan officers are working in a stressful environment and so transfer that stress to the customers. Communication was not consistent and I received mixed messages about the course of action I should take as a buyer.
