I would definitely recommend Paddio to anyone buying a home! Their online platform makes everything so easy because you can submit all documents and do all signings from your phone or computer. Our realtor also commented on how nice it was that once you are pre approved for an amount you can generate pre approval letters for the amount of your bid for anything up to that threshold, which means you will always be able to make an offer without waiting for someone else to do it - something that is worth a lot with the way the market is right now! Our loan officers Wes and Bryan were both amazing! I was kept up to date and well informed at every step of the process and questions were always answered promptly with detailed/honest answers. Our realtor also commented that they were some the nicest/ easiest to work with and down to earth loan officers that she had worked with over the course of her long experience. Wes’s input went a long way toward our offer being the one accepted and we can’t thank him enough for that!
I never thought buying a home would be this easy! From pre-approval to closing in 90 day's, closing was less than 30.

The holidays made buying a home a little difficult, but purchasing a home through Paddio still only took about a month. I would think finding the perfect home is the most time consuming, so we got lucky to find ours so quickly.
Jacob and Melanie were amazing and were always avaliable any time for any questions that I had. They made the process super easy. It was a nice surprise that they had toys and treats delivered to my new house for my dogs as well!
We had a very difficult year, and the process of trying to buy a house was daunting and exhausting--Paddio made it possible, and Ryan Stuck made it so much easier. We will be forever grateful!

She not only is passionate about her job but she truly cares about you.I was homeless, and because of Shay, I am now in my home. I closed 2 weeks early.Not saying that there is no bumps in the road when you are buying a house, but with her incredible knowledge you can put you stress to the side. This woman problem solves and gets it DONE! She will stay up all night working if thats what it takes.I cannot thank her enough for all of her consistent help and support throughout this chapter in my life. Start NowMy only issue is sometimes I was left in the dark about certain things. There was a certain level of assumption of knowledge I had even though I was a first-time home buyer. While Dan did take the time to explain much of that to me there were times I was riding by the seat of my pants.

In a world of indifferent and impersonal banking, where customer service consists of polite and articulate people saying they're sorry but everything is run by algorithms and there isn't anything they can do - Paddio is the direct opposite of that. From pre-qualifying, to agreeing to the terms of a loan, to closing and picking up the keys I have never had a better experience with a loan company. Their staff are friendly and happy to answer questions, never pushy or evasive.
