Paddio makes it easy and seamless to buy your home. The system makes the process of providing all your documentation and communication a breeze. But the best thing about Paddio is the team of people they have working to help you close on your home! Our loan officer Brennan Ventress and his assistant Amy were absolutely phenomenal! Words cannot explain how grateful we are that Brennan was our loan officer. He made securing a loan for our home a stress free process. He was very thorough, open, and honest. Brennan and Amy together made it very easy to trust the process. They communicated with us daily, made sure all documentation was in order, and explained everything that was needed from us to move forward. Brennan even advocated on our behalf with our seller and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were able to close on our home on time. Brennan and his team were an absolute gem and we will be recommending him to friends and family and anyone who is looking to buy homes in the near future.

My only criticism would be my experience from cash to close. I communicated multiple times with my connections on the fact that those funds were coming from a non traditional bank is stipulations to the money that could be moved. I needed to be able to move the money that everyone knew where it was sourced from and that didn't happen. It caused an issue at the closing table but luckily it was resolved after calls to the institution.

Start NowSam and Alek were extremely professional. They were very efficient. I was extremely happy with their work. Justin Buford was inefficient and dishonest. There were multiple instances where he lost files and lied about requests. I was very disappointed in his service.
