Some of your loan officers should have real estate licenses as they work harder to help us clients than the so called assigned real estate agents.
Overall I found it easy to use. The only small issues had to do with logging in and were related to the fact we had to approach the loan differently (married versus 2 x individuals) so it complicated things, but the loan officer walked us through it.

He made sure that I was clear on every step we were taking, and guided me through some choices based on what was best for my situation.I will recommend Paddio and Tom to anyone looking to buy a house, first time or not.
