The people here are great to work with!
We were very happy with it experience with Devan Bower and Stephanie Pearce. They were easy to communicate with and very helpful. The way their website is set up makes it very easy to know what is still needed and where your at in the processing of the loan. They were also very well organized she's never had to ask for things to be sent in more then once, which is something that we had noticed a lot with other lenders. I would 100% recommend them.
Staff was ways quick to respond- emails and phone calls. Worry free and they do what they say!
Working with Paddio was a smooth and painless experience. The associates I worked with were incredibly responsive, followed up with multiple updates and were always available when I had questions or concerns. I felt involved in every step of the process and It made being a first time home buyer a stress free experience. Jacob Showalter was fantastic! Once we progressed to the loan team, things lapsed a bit. I would always circle back around to Jacob if I hadn’t heard response from someone else, and he was professional, timely and accommodating.
If you are thinking about purchasing Paddio is 100% the way to go! They are absolutely amazing!!!! 10/10 highly recommend! Constantly in contact I mean they couldn’t have made it any easier purchasing my home I am forever grateful for them!
