Start NowSaved a lot of money, only suggestion would be if asked “is anything else going to come up I may have to pay for” instead of saying “no that’s it” every time and then something else coming up .. just say “I am not sure at the moment, there’s a lot of variables that may come in like roof inspections and water quality tests”. Was surprised a lot with different things we had to pay for BUT to be fair we did do “for sale by owner” so we did not have a realtor to help, and Nick Yocum did do everything he could to help us financially and saved us money up until the last second, literally.
Devan & Shelby we’re awesome to work with from pre-approval to closing. They were knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. Made the home buying process smooth and easy. Would definitely use them again for our next home and recommend anyone we know!
