I just wanted to say thank you to Alex, Chris, and the entire Paddio team for helping me get into my new house. It wasn't always easy, and I don't recommend going under contract so close to the holidays (haha) but at the end of it all, I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Thanks again for everything, you have a definite recommendation out of me. Cheers!

The process was easy to understand, and I appreciate all of the emails reminding me if what’s next.
Denaye was helpful. When the loan was passed to Shelby, we felt like Shelby was too busy. Denaye usually responded to our questions. When Shelby would ask us a question, many instances we had provided the response to her in prior email correspondence which led us to believe that our emails were not being We do believe Shelby is good at her job, just maybe a little overworked at this time.

Patio has been great to me I had some obstacles along the way with the major flood in Waverly, which made the news. .They were able to fine me another house and helped me through out this process. It was easy to use the website and all the tools they had. From the relator to the underwriting it was all an enjoyable experience for even a 1st time home buyer. There are some stressful situations but they knew what to do and what to say to make sure we had everything under control. Excellent customer service and excellent communication from start to finish.
Paddio beat the local mortgage providers on rate, lock duration, and closing cost. Customer service was also great
Alec Crull was absolutely awesome and fantastic, he went above and beyond to make sure my closing was smooth from 7 in the morning till 9 at night some days and after the last 6 weeks of conversation every day we have developed a friendship and still keep in contact after the closing, I really can't put into words how pleased I am with Alec and paddio, out of 10 stars I give Alec a 20. 🙂

this was the first time refinancing. What a learning process. The technology of the online system was amazing but the professional and helpfulness of Amanda was and is priceless. I wish I could use her to solve all of my life issues because she was that awesome. On top of everything before I could even ask!!! We were constantly updated and never felt like we were in the dark. Like I've said, I cannot say enough. She made the challenging process, so much easier than it could have been. Thank you Amanda!!!
