Austin Lenox was a fantastic loan officer. He handled all of my needs in order to process the mortgage efficiently and made the entire process very easy to understand. Aaron Smith provided great support as well. He coordinated efforts for final closing well and helped facilitate a 30 day close which My wife and I very much appreciated. The Paddio team was amazing to work with and I will definitely recommend their service.

Lender was extremely difficult to work with - on at least 4 occasions, I asked questions and was completely ignored. In one instance, I even reiterated the question, only for their reply to ignore it once again. While everything turned out okay in the end, if the title company wasn't so flexible with accepting an estimate of down payment before they had everything finalized, we wouldn't have gotten the house - the final cost to close was given to me after my bank had already closed, the last day that we could have wired anything. They were even aware of this - assuming that they read my communications, of course, since that was likewise ignored without response.
Working with Paddio was easy and fast. All of the loan steps were completed on my smart phone.
This was a wonderful experience. I dealt with Ashlyn Bradley and she was great. She kept me on track and updated with each and everything that came up.
Thanks to Andy and Aaron for all of ur help make things somewhat easier. Both deserve a 10 for helping me get my new house!!!!!

They were extremely professional and understanding of my situation, and if I ever had a problem, they had a workaround figured out in just a few minutes!
Paddio did a great job on getting us through the home buying process and closed on our house. They kept the process moving right along and communicated well. We never had a problem contacting our loan Officer David with any questions we had and he answered them thoroughly. The online portal is very easy to use and allows for quick transfer of documents really streamlining the process. I would recommend Paddio to others and would use again.
I would recommend Paddio to everyone, you guy made this experience very exciting and comfortable. Thank you guys for this and I pray for much success to this company.
