Choosing Paddio is a good choice. We came to hear about Paddio since my wife works at VU. Good people throughout the process, consistent communication, and felt like we were cared for.Make sure, though, that you are ready for the process because they will give you a call within a couple hours of filling out an online questionnaire.Only other thing is to make sure and do your homework. Call around, shop for lenders, do the hard work. It will be worth it!

I knew buying a house was going to be a process and some friends had even told me that it is going to be a nightmare. Everyone that I came into contact with seemed as if that didn't care or didn't want to put forth the effort. Just when I was about to give up, I stumbled across Paddio. Needless to say, my experience went quick. It was not a Nightmare. It was a great experience in which I gained not only a home but a group of caring, understanding professionals. I would Highly recommend Paddio to everyone. The Team at Paddio go above and beyond. The sweetest surprise was the house warming gift! Thank you so much Paddio!
