They make the process pretty simple, there is of course a ton of things to do and prepare but that will be anywhere. They put the tasks on by one and if your on top of what you need to be you will be in your house fast:) I believe it was about a 30 day process altogether... Most people told me to expect 3 months:)
I started my loan process months prior to meeting Tucker. I had several bad interactions with other agencies; promises made and not kept, being strung along though three moved closing dates and even paid for an appraisal that never happened. I met Tucker in my home buying journey, and he was my fourth loan agent. While he was on vacation, I was researching assistance with closing costs and came upon another loan agent who promised me the world. I switched loan agents and let Tucker know. When things went awry; Tucker reached out just the right time. I denied the other agent and went back to Tucker. He picked me up immediately and began getting me moving in the right direction. After a lot of disappointment and no's with other agencies Tucker assured me, he could make something work and rushed my paperwork! He was able to get me through underwriting with his team Bailey Hendrex and within three weeks I was closing on my first house. The team did everything they could to make this successful, jumped though a lot of hoops and was able to get my impossible case to become possible! They worked hard and Tucker had my back from the beginning and saw this through. No body worked harder or cheered loader for my success! This was an experience I will never forget and would highly recommend you get yourself a Tucker Windsor, and a Colleen Whittney!!! Hands down two of the nicest, hardest working individuals I've ever met. My experience was life changing!!!
