I am a real estate broker of 21 years. I have been using the same mortgage broker for the past 16 years, but Shay became highly recommended so I thought I would give it a shot. The original broker I was using left me somewhat stranded out in the cold with no updates on my closing. Being completely dissatisfied I decided to transfer all of my documents and application over to Shay. Shay literally had about 14 days to get this home closed for us, which I was thinking it was highly unlikely. Shay said she would work hard on it and do her best and she did just that. Shay was completely amazing! Closed us within 14 days, and kept us up to date on every status change on the loan. I will be using her for all of my deals from here on out. Stacey was also amazing with her credit guidance/ counseling. Big props to these two amazing ladies. Happy New Years!!!\nSue
We had a great experience working with Paddio. Other online mortgage companies dealt with us through AI like we were robots and did not interact with us in the same way Josh LaBrie, our loan officer, and the other members of the Paddio team did. Personal service and assurance made the difference in our choosing to go with Paddio.

Our loan officer was great but they loan specialist made many mistakes which we had to work to compltet or fix. It became very upsetting.

Brandon Prall was the absolute best! He was very attentive, communicated well and available. Being assisted by a veteran was an honor. His team was great too! He made me feel like a priority. And sent the most thoughtful gift and card I received right after my closing. I definitely plan to use Brandon in future purchases.
Buying a home is a significant event, and often stressful. I was assured along the way that everything was going smoothly, and the closing would in fact happen. Everything was completed on time. It is still a lot of work on the part of the home buyer, but having helpful and responsive professionals is key to a successful purchase.

I think they are the most patience people I have ever met , and John Hawkins he was the best ever so patient with me and he always was calm and sweet, and was always by your side to get your loan going, I had some rough times but John was always patient with me , I would always recommend Him, Thank you John for helping me , and Shelby she was also sweet and had a lot of patience with me but she help get to the finish line yea , any way HAPPY NEW YEAR , Evelyn
Follow up is key and fha buyers have no idea what they’re doing, so it’s the lenders responsibility to stay on top of things. Your portal would not accept “password protected” pdfs which made my life hell with 60 -70 pdfs I have to reformat before saving. Brittany was great.
Although we just stumbled on Paddio in our search for a real estate company to work with, I am glad that we did. The Paddio staff was very helpful and, as far as I can tell, honest in their dealings with us. They did all they could to move the purchase of our house move along very quickly, which we needed, since the sale of our previous house was very quick; we needed to be out of that house and into another with a short turnaround. The Paddio team made that possible. This is all the more amazing since our relocation happened during the holiday season. Thanks to them, we were in our new house by December 23.
