My only issue is sometimes I was left in the dark about certain things. There was a certain level of assumption of knowledge I had even though I was a first-time home buyer. While Dan did take the time to explain much of that to me there were times I was riding by the seat of my pants.

Between the amazing people I worked with and how easy it was to use the website I don't think I could have asked for a better experience.
In a world of indifferent and impersonal banking, where customer service consists of polite and articulate people saying they're sorry but everything is run by algorithms and there isn't anything they can do - Paddio is the direct opposite of that. From pre-qualifying, to agreeing to the terms of a loan, to closing and picking up the keys I have never had a better experience with a loan company. Their staff are friendly and happy to answer questions, never pushy or evasive.
I can't rave enough on how experienced and knowledgeable this team is/was. I would put my trust in them anytime. If I ever need another lender and realtor this is the team I will personally call on. Thank you Shalya Morton and Kenneth White for all you did for me....WOOHOO

They went to bat for us time and again, and advocated in our interest, even while our realtor did not. They made us feel cared about, in a process where the human element is often lacking. Alongside excellent client support, Paddio has a well maintained website which makes task management, including uploading all the necessary documents to this process, very accessible and user friendly. We will absolutely recommend Paddio to any of our contacts seeking a home loan.
By far the best experience I’ve ever had with loan officer ever.
Underwriting try to look at guidelines to see if there is any way that the process can be streamlined for the customer. Going through several rounds of documents to find out you might not be approved. The time frame was lengthy that it took to get to that point which made it impossible to find another lender by the closing date. I have to say that people who saw me go through the process did not want to choose you for a lender.

If you are at all hesitant about going with an online lender, definitely consider Paddio. Our experience was virtually seamless from the first phone call to closing…and their socks are the best!
Shay was wonderful to work with! She was not only knowledgeable and assisted us every step of the way she also assisted our realtor to follow through with tasks as he was not responsive. She consistently went over and above to ensure our closing stayed on schedule. Shay seemed to have worked 24/7 because no matter what day or time she responded within what felt like second! She made a process that could feel overwhelming at times easy and carefree! We are so thankful Shay picked up the phone when we contacted Paddio! Not only did we find the best loan officer around, we found someone we now call friend! Thanks Shay for everything!!! 😀
