It was good experience. First time I heard about them but they did a fantastic job I’m surprised even my agent was surprised of their policy. They had good communication and always asked for the info and everything was checked online. So it’s pretty safe to say that they can find your next home so give them a try.
Excellent experience, I had not gone thru the purchasing of a home in about 20 years. The folks at Paddio will walk you thru the steps all the way to closing.

Devan and Bridgette were beyond wonderful in this whole process! They took the time to help us in every way possible to make everything go smooth. They both communicated with us on a regular basis and kept us informed on everything that was going on and the next steps that would take place. They were super professional, friendly, and you could tell they truly love their jobs and are very good at it. I would highly recommend using Paddio and look forward to working with Devan in the next couple of years for our refinance! :)
