Sam Scrhum and Ashley Allen were amazing to work with throughout this entire process. They were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to all of my needs and inquiries. They took a very scary and tiresome process and made it effortless. Their dedication to their clients really is amazing. I'm so thankful that I found Paddio and I will make sure to let anyone I know who is looking for a home that when they work with these 2 they are working with the BEST!!!!

Paddio overall was a decent lender this being our first time buying a home.. I feel like the experience you get depends on the loan officer you are placed with.. ours was not the best experience as we knew more than our loan officer, but we did close!!
