Start NowI am a real estate broker of 21 years. I have been using the same mortgage broker for the past 16 years, but Shay became highly recommended so I thought I would give it a shot. The original broker I was using left me somewhat stranded out in the cold with no updates on my closing. Being completely dissatisfied I decided to transfer all of my documents and application over to Shay. Shay literally had about 14 days to get this home closed for us, which I was thinking it was highly unlikely. Shay said she would work hard on it and do her best and she did just that. Shay was completely amazing! Closed us within 14 days, and kept us up to date on every status change on the loan. I will be using her for all of my deals from here on out. Stacey was also amazing with her credit guidance/ counseling. Big props to these two amazing ladies. Happy New Years!!!\nSue
We had a great experience working with Paddio. Other online mortgage companies dealt with us through AI like we were robots and did not interact with us in the same way Josh LaBrie, our loan officer, and the other members of the Paddio team did. Personal service and assurance made the difference in our choosing to go with Paddio.

I would recommend everyone use paddio. Their online interface is slick and beyond easy to use. Their team is helpful to say the least and I couldn't imagine a better customer service experience.
Our loan officer was great but they loan specialist made many mistakes which we had to work to compltet or fix. It became very upsetting.
