Working with Chris and his team here at Paddio was been outstanding! I can not say enough good things about them. Everyone was personable and so easy to work with. Everyone I spoke with was determined to get me through this process with the least amount of stress possible. I could not have picked better people to be on my team through this process.
Every step of the, loan process, was handled in a timely and professional manner. I rate my experience with Paddio, a thumb’s up.
Brandon Prall was the absolute best! He was very attentive, communicated well and available. Being assisted by a veteran was an honor. His team was great too! He made me feel like a priority. And sent the most thoughtful gift and card I received right after my closing. I definitely plan to use Brandon in future purchases.
Buying a home is a significant event, and often stressful. I was assured along the way that everything was going smoothly, and the closing would in fact happen. Everything was completed on time. It is still a lot of work on the part of the home buyer, but having helpful and responsive professionals is key to a successful purchase.
Paddio is a phenomenal service. We highly recommend it.

I think they are the most patience people I have ever met , and John Hawkins he was the best ever so patient with me and he always was calm and sweet, and was always by your side to get your loan going, I had some rough times but John was always patient with me , I would always recommend Him, Thank you John for helping me , and Shelby she was also sweet and had a lot of patience with me but she help get to the finish line yea , any way HAPPY NEW YEAR , Evelyn
Follow up is key and fha buyers have no idea what they’re doing, so it’s the lenders responsibility to stay on top of things. Your portal would not accept “password protected” pdfs which made my life hell with 60 -70 pdfs I have to reformat before saving. Brittany was great.
Although we just stumbled on Paddio in our search for a real estate company to work with, I am glad that we did. The Paddio staff was very helpful and, as far as I can tell, honest in their dealings with us. They did all they could to move the purchase of our house move along very quickly, which we needed, since the sale of our previous house was very quick; we needed to be out of that house and into another with a short turnaround. The Paddio team made that possible. This is all the more amazing since our relocation happened during the holiday season. Thanks to them, we were in our new house by December 23.

I just wanted to say thank you to Alex, Chris, and the entire Paddio team for helping me get into my new house. It wasn't always easy, and I don't recommend going under contract so close to the holidays (haha) but at the end of it all, I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The process was easy to understand, and I appreciate all of the emails reminding me if what’s next.
Denaye was helpful. When the loan was passed to Shelby, we felt like Shelby was too busy. Denaye usually responded to our questions. When Shelby would ask us a question, many instances we had provided the response to her in prior email correspondence which led us to believe that our emails were not being We do believe Shelby is good at her job, just maybe a little overworked at this time.

I wish I knew that everything gets taken care of and I don't have to keep checking every day like I used to do with all the other mortgage brokers.
Patio has been great to me I had some obstacles along the way with the major flood in Waverly, which made the news. .They were able to fine me another house and helped me through out this process. Once again Paddio I thank you not just for the house but my dream. Ask for Hannah Bradley . She is a god sent.
I can't even begin to say how extremely efficient Paddio as a company and my loan officer Shelby Dobbs have been during this whole home buying process. Shelby went above and beyond day and night for us. Paddio is very very lucky to have someone as knowledgeable as Shelby as a part of their team. He's on point and never skips a beat to help us with anything and everything. His friendliness and easy-going attitude made it very easy to communicate, which we thought was a plus.
