This was my first time buying a home. I was very nervous and had no idea what to expect going into the situation. I expected it to be very daunting and stressful but McKayla Baker and Jana cope completely changed my mind over the course of two months or so working with them. They were absolutely outstanding at their jobs and I couldn't be happier with them. Every task I had to do was straight forward and easily explained to me. If I had any question at all it was met with a lightning fast response. Talking with either one of them on the phone about any questions or concerns put my mind at ease. They were very easy to talk to and very reassuring. Even if there was bumps in the road from a 3rd party, they worked tirelessly to make sure everything would go smoothly. Both McKayla and Jana worked late just to make sure any of my paperwork was sent through and accepted. They went above and beyond my expectations and I am truly grateful to have worked with them. I couldn't ask for a better team for my first time. I wish I could do more than just write a response to so my appreciation. They deserve a promotion or merit increase after what we went though together with my appraisal problems. I really can't thank them enough.
Overall it was an amazing experience, so ready for the next home!!!\nThank you PADDIO team :)!

The process was long as the first house fell through no fault of ours but they both stepped to the plate and got my next home closed quickly!! Thank you!!!!

Our paperwork was not to the closing company until about an hour before we were supposed to close. We had to drive almost 5 hours for the closing not knowing if it was going to be postponed. Everything seemed to drag on.
Jana Cope was outstanding. No matter what last-minute curves the title company, appraiser, or realtors threw at her, she was committed to getting my closing done on time--and everybody was throwing up roadblocks. She moved heaven and earth to make it happen, and happen it did. The timing was especially critical for me as I do not live in the US and would have had major problems rescheduling, and none of the problems or potential delays created originated with Paddio or me. Jana Cope was fantastic, and I just hope Paddio recognizes what a treasure they have in her.
