It was easy to use the website and all the tools they had. From the relator to the underwriting it was all an enjoyable experience for even a 1st time home buyer. There are some stressful situations but they knew what to do and what to say to make sure we had everything under control. Excellent customer service and excellent communication from start to finish.

Start NowAlec Crull was absolutely awesome and fantastic, he went above and beyond to make sure my closing was smooth from 7 in the morning till 9 at night some days and after the last 6 weeks of conversation every day we have developed a friendship and still keep in contact after the closing, I really can't put into words how pleased I am with Alec and paddio, out of 10 stars I give Alec a 20. 🙂

this was the first time refinancing. What a learning process. The technology of the online system was amazing but the professional and helpfulness of Amanda was and is priceless. I wish I could use her to solve all of my life issues because she was that awesome. On top of everything before I could even ask!!! We were constantly updated and never felt like we were in the dark. Like I've said, I cannot say enough. She made the challenging process, so much easier than it could have been. Thank you Amanda!!!
I strongly recommend Paddio as one of the best home financing company from US. They work fast using a very friendly website platform where customers can see their progress. The loan officers are very respectful and professional. They finished their good work before the closing date.
Melanie Lankford was amazing! She was always quick to get information to me and answer all of our questions ASAP! I can’t say enough great things!
Their rate was the lowest. They were always easy to get ahold of. Pretty efficient. They gave me a couple credits for unexpected charges. The closing date got pushed back a couple days, but I feel like that happens with most companies.

Gwen was great up until the last week or two. The title company said it was "like pulling teeth to get the needed documents from Paddio". As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea how the process worked and didn't understand many things. Paddio needs to remember that the general public does not work with mortgages everyday, and we need better direction. I was extremely frustrated at the end. In order to close on time, I had to miss work to get several documents to Paddio ASAP that I was not even aware of. I did everything Paddio required, and due to your lack of internal communication, we had to postpone closing 3 times. I wish I had gone with someone else for my first mortgage and will not be recommending your services to anyone. Probably the opposite.
