Working with this team was GREAT. The process of buying my home was so easy. Everyone kept in touch with each other and kept me informed of every step.
Paddio was great to work with! The core day-to-day mortgage loan team was available to answer questions via email or phone and provide expert advice. I looked at a few companies and Paddio was willing to work with me and provide enough funds to buy our first home. Definitely recommend Paddio! I even received a nice gift from the core team to celebrate my closing.

Paddio gave a refreshing experience compared to previous home buying experiences. Ability to sign docs online made closing day much much faster (both title agent, seller agent, and my own agent commented on how little paperwork there was!) Shelby Dobbs made it apparent they were part of my team and it wasn’t solely focused on getting the funds and ignoring concerns. I plan to work with them on next properties!

The requirements from the underwriters was ridiculous. I have excellent credit and was treated like I didn't.
