At first, I was nervous using a national lender, but my loan officer reassured me and did everything in his power to make the process easy and thoughtless for me. By the end of it, I managed to close on time despite a very tight deadline through the holidays, and at a lower interest rate and closing costs than any of the other lenders I contacted.
Paddio itself as a company maybe great but the loan officer Andy Heffner is not!
The Paddio team is amazing at what they do!! Shay and Chris were friendly, knowledgeable, and always a text or email away!! I never had to wonder what I needed to do because Shay explained everything to me every step of the way! They even sent us a plaque with our family’s name to put up in our new home!! I am so grateful we had such a caring and personable team on our home buying journey!! 10 stars!!!!!
