As a first-time hone buyer, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. I've heard a few horror stories, a few very positive stories, and was hoping to personally have something in-between. However, I'm fortunate to say that I have a very positive one, and that is because of the kind, helpful, understanding people at Paddio.
My experience with Paddio was great and my Loan Officer and Loan Coordinator were awesome to work with. Web interface is easy to navigate and signing documents was quick and painless. Was able to get the house myself and family wanted and Paddio helped me every step of the way.
Great buying service for buying a home though. Excellent loan coordinator anytime I called he would answer the phone or send me a text message when he would get back to me.

Leary at first, about using a company several states away for the closing of my house, but the experience was easy and straight to the point. Everything being done via the computer made it easy from the comfort of my home and when I had questions about the process Chris and Aaron responded immediately. They have a credit team that helped with my credit and we were able to get a better interest rate days before closing. I was skeptical about trusting Paddio initially, but in the end everything turned out much better than I expected. No regrets here!
