My experience with Paddio was very favorable and I couldn’t have gotten through the process without their guidance. The “team” was very supportive and available to help me when I was totally stressed by the plethora of paperwork.
Paddio were the first choice I received about house loan. My loan officer was David Cope and him and his team made my first house buying process very easy.
KcKayla was easy to work with and made sure I was kept informed.
Paddio was so easy to work with & everyone was nice and very helpful.
Crystal Shifflett made our experience sub-par. Her communication with the rest of our team (closing attorney, real estate agent, etc) was AWFUL. She did not tell us until a few hours before our scheduled closing that it would not be happening, AND didn’t tell our real estate agent. Our agent found out because WE told her. I would not use paddio in the future again solely because of our experience with her.
Gina and the entire team was fantastic to work with! We will absolutely recommend her to friends and family!
Very friendly, professional individuals. Very communicative and quick to answers any of my questions or concerns. I deeply appreciated that any time I had questions I felt like I was getting an honest professional opinion; I never felt like I was getting a sales pitch.

There were several things that occurred during my house buying process that just added up to me not recommending Paddio. They cancelled the first scheduled appraisal that resulted in a delay to close. Paperwork wasn’t done timely for closing. Communication was poor and lacking.
Not reliable. Go with different service.

Everything went great but process is too slow. Online platform comes handy. Just request to make such process smoother for existing customers.
I would recommend Paddio to anyone buying a house .Im not gonna lie we had a few glitches but when it came down to the wire they came through. With my paddio team Ryan Taylor and Albert Cook and help from my awesome realtor MaryAnn Westfall i was able to close on my house in 30 days . Which im told is not easy to do but they did it thank you Paddio
