The whole process took me 27 days from my offer to close. Denaye Spurling was very accommodating and helpful. Jana Cope was awesome at communicating and getting me through the process of underwriting. My realtor Sarah was very helpful and accommodating with all the extras we needed done..
This was a very stressful time for me. Paddio made this process very simple and easy to understand. They put me in touch with an amazing realtor and the whole team answered all my questions and made this process much easier than I had anticipated. I would do it again!
Wes was our officer and he made the entire process so easy. We will recommend him to all of our family and friends! Paddio overall was very open with communication and knowledge. As first time homebuyers, we are very pleased with this company.
Ryan was very helpful and friendly. He always answered the phone when I called. It was not a difficult process at all! I was pleasantly surprised!
Overall, I feel there should have been better communication when there were issues needed to be resolved in order to finalize the purchase. (i.e. there was poor communication with the appraisal process. No one could tell us when the appraiser was scheduled to come view the home. For the reinspection, Paddio did not follow up with the appraiser. Instead, the real estate agent followed up with the appraiser. Being reasonable, I also feel like we should have closed sooner. It was hard to reach loan officers. Loan officers mainly communicated with us via email after hours (around 8pm-9pm). It was hard to reach loan officers via phone for updates and other questions/ concerns that arose. We had one closing date scheduled and found out the day before the scheduled closing date that we would not be closing.
Aaron Smith was great and responsive. Lane, not so much. Several times communications went unanswered. He never confirmed he locked in my rate and sent me an initial closing disclosure without even asking what my down payment was going to be (and before even speaking to me AT ALL). I spoke with him literally once because I had to ask him to call me, otherwise he never contacted me nor updated me on any progress. Again, Aaron however was amazing, he provided weekly updates and responded to any of my questions quickly and helpfully.
He was always there to answer my million questions. He made buying a house seem effortless!

Paddio rates are great, and they have best intentions. Unfortunately, the experience I have had, Paddio has toyed with my time, money, and emotions. After 2 months, I finally was able to close on my house, and yet the day of closing they still asked for more information. What should have been a happy time in my life was frustrating, tedious, and ridiculous. Now that it is finally over, thank you, but I will not put any of my friends and family through this disgrace.

Start NowEverything went smoothly...at first. A problem occurred when neither I nor the Loan Officer, Brandi Baker, received appropriate communications from others. Brandi would respond to my questions immediately. Toward the end, Brandi and I thought we were on track, but I keep receiving requests for verification of funds. Same question each time, no other explanation. We finally got things straightened out, but better communications would have made everyone\'s situation better.
The Paddio experience was very smooth. They reminded me of important events, and worked with me on all the important items.
My loan team changed towards the end of my home buying journey. The new loan team was not pleasant because they were not here since the beginning and did not seem to know my situation or what was going on.
Although the online process is efficient and easy to go through, there were some hiccups that could of potentially cost me getting the property. All worked out and did close, but stressful with 4 closing reschedules due to mistakes made and appraisal lagging. Alex made it right with some credits.
