If you want a team to help you navigate the whole process I highly recommend Kevin Ribertson and his team. They answered question I had at 9 pm on a Sunday night
It was a great experience working with this team and even when I almost give up, they didn’t give up on my application and pushed through with closing. I’m very grateful for this team.

The overall process with Paddio was great. Everyone was friendly, I was notified when there was something that I needed to address or documents to upload to facilitate the loan process. I appreciated that everyone was very responsive to my questions.
I highly recommend the whole Paddio team. I cant tell you how easy and simple the process was for us. From start to finish with our loan process, they were there the entire time, answering questions and providing help. Setting up insurance quotes, concierge service for moving, hooking up utilities. Most is done online in your Paddio Account. We enjoyed the entire process. They look out for your best interest for sure. Thanks to all Heather, Jared , Mackenzie, Brandon.
