Make certain to ask if your earnest money has already been deducted from the amount you’ll owe at close! I forgot and put myself under stress that was absolutely unnecessary!!!
I would recommend Paddio to anyone. This was my first time buying a house and it's crazy stressful. My Paddio team was there to provide friendly guidance through the whole process.
