Our experience with Paddio was outstanding. They answered all of our questions and concerns anytime. After normal business hours. At night. On weekends. Anytime. As first time home buyers we couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience. Jeff Koenig, our loan officer, went way above and beyond the call of duty. Give the guy a raise for God’s sake! We would recommend Paddio to all of our friends, family and neighbors. They made buying our first home and unbelievably awesome experience and no they’re not paying me to say this.

My experience may not necessarily be the same as yours, there are always circumstances that affect the outcomes, I would say this, if you prefer a face to face, more personal approach, Paddio is not for you,,, in my case, they got the job done and I'm happy in my new home,,, Good luck with your hunt!!!

Overall experience was stressful being a first time home buyer. With my realtor and paddio team they help ease situations, and was tremendous with quick responses, answering questions. As well wonderful with breaking down the process with me! Great communication, motivation, and professionalism!
