My team was outstanding. They worked extra hard to get me to close on my set date.
Overall I feel we will go with a local lender from now on. There was little communication and when mistakes were made or steps missed, my loan officer tried to place blame on to another. It was disappointing that I had to reach out and find out what was going on with the progress of our loan before they bothered to reach out to me or my realtor. Instead of feeling like we mattered and our loan mattered, we felt like another number.
