The paddio team did outstanding! When I first started I didn’t know where to even start and the paddio team made sure to help me understand the home buying process! Kyle was the best person to work with over all! I’ve worked with a few lenders and let me tell you Kyle makes you feel comfortable and confident vs other leaders making you feel like you HAVE to get a loan through them. I honestly thought this would be the most stressful but honestly it was 100% stress free! (Sometimes) (the most stressful part was trying to be the best offer in today’s inventory) Over all I would recommend Kyle and the paddio team!

This is a scary process to buy a home. Paddio made the process doable and everything went so smoothly. Even with set backs in finding a home and my father's funeral, if it hadn't been for my paddio team it would have been a nightmare. But they offer excellent service and help with each step. The login was additionally helpful. It made the to do steps so easy. With all the steps needed to purchase a home, having this system was a time saver and made the process easy to understand and complete.

Communication with Paddio was seamless and transparent which helped me avoid confusion. The loan officer and coordinator were very accommodating of any queries I had during the loan pre-approval and approval process.
