Overall this was absolutely amazing experience for me. Being newly divorced and never buying a home on my own seemed overwhelming. Tucker and Betty helped me through the process step by step! I wouldn’t have my home if it wasn’t for them!! They are both a blessing!!

Start NowI was referred to Padio via an inquiry on Tealtor.com. At first I was skeptical because I was unfamiliar with the company. Melody Gates and her team eliminated all my hesitation by providing quick and clear answers to my questions. The responsiveness of the entire team was outstanding. In today’s society customer service is usually lacking so it was a great pleasure to work with such a professional team. I’m a very pleased customer that can not say enough positive things about my experience.
This was a difficult process for me. I have purchased over 10 homes and by far this was the most stressful. But, this is the only time I have purchased a home strictly communicating online. Only face to face interactions was with my agents and the title company. I probably would not go this route again.
The people at patio are absolutely wonderful people to deal with. You’re in wonderful hands if you choose to go with them. they’re like working with a family and I’m proud to call myself a part of the family of patio mortgages. If I ever had to buy another house or finance some thing again, I would gladly call Blake and ask him for assistance. Please don’t be afraid to do so, because I certainly wouldn’t.
Paddio help me get my first home. They are very helpful and communicative. Chandler walked me threw the whole process and made what seemed difficult very easy.

Start NowBeing a first time homeowner at 21 sounded like a myth, but the team at Paddio made my dream come true. They helped through each step of the process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The online process also makes it easy to check your status in the loan process and overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I sent family to them for home buying as well since they treated me so well! Absolutely no complaints here :)

My experience with Paddio was fantastic. I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to all big decisions in life and my team was unbelievable helpful. The website guided me through all my to-dos and was easy to navigate. 10/10 would use Paddio again, but hopefully not any time soon because I love my new home!
