The overall process with Paddio was great. Everyone was friendly, I was notified when there was something that I needed to address or documents to upload to facilitate the loan process. I appreciated that everyone was very responsive to my questions.
I highly recommend the whole Paddio team. I cant tell you how easy and simple the process was for us. From start to finish with our loan process, they were there the entire time, answering questions and providing help. Setting up insurance quotes, concierge service for moving, hooking up utilities. Most is done online in your Paddio Account. We enjoyed the entire process. They look out for your best interest for sure. Thanks to all Heather, Jared , Mackenzie, Brandon. I love the effort Austin put into getting my loan approved. He returned phone calls and communicated effectively with me. I really admire his work ethic. As a travel nurse with different contracts its like im always changing jobs but Austin was knowledgeable and understood. I told him what monthly rate and interest rate I was looking for and Austin delivered just that. Within 2 months I was able to close on a beautiful home.
