Thank you all who helped me through my first home buying experience. I ended up getting pre-approve through 3 different potential lenders. Paddio was the first lender I reached out to and the lender I ended up working with. I take this to reflect the services and support that you all provide while helping me navigate a world that was foreign to me. I attempted to work with several realtors throughout my whole home buying endeavor, and ended up working with James Campbell who I was introduced to through Gina Hopper. This took a load of stress off my mind. The other realtors I tried to work with did not feel trustworthy or reliable. James was very helpful and never pushy.
I am now a homeowner because Paddio helped to make this happen. The team I worked with were super amazing, timely and very understanding. You guys rock!! I closed in 1 month because of your awesomeness! Tucker Windsor you are the best !
I wish I was able to take pics at my closing, like most. But I didn’t because the closing was different and didn’t line up with my agent. But I’m in my house and that’s All matter

It was a great pleasure to work with paddio. They went above and beyond to help our family get into a beautiful house. They had great communication. They answered every question we had and made sure we understood what was going on throughout the process. The process went a lot faster then expected. This was such an easy, flawless process! We are first time homebuyers and had no idea what we were doing. Also the home we bought is on the other side of the country from us. Everyone we worked with was absolutely amazing and accommodating to us. It felt to easy to be true but here we are now Homeowners! I cannot thank everyone enough for all their help on this journey!
