Paddio made the stressful experience of purchasing a home seem easy. There was always someone with answers to any questions.
Everyone was great. In dealing with my situation and very helpful on getting things done when there was a problem on the sellers end. After we were 6 weeks late on closing I didn’t think it would ever happen but everyone pulled through and got me the house.
Paddio is Amazing!! They made everything so simple for us to do. All we had to do was complete the To Do list on our Paddio account as they updated it. They’re extremely professional and Personal I would Highly recommend them to anyone.

Start NowPaddio is a young company owned by a big lender. This makes the whole process very slow and intimidating. Our loan officer Josh Hembree is an awesome guy. Very knowledgeable, polite and well mannered. He really works for you to get you a fair deal. Unfortunately when he passed the loan to loan processor and underwriters things got disappointing. These people had no sence of organization or urgency, occasionally asked for documents one by one and took forever to review. They are not willing to stay on hold to get the information they need(if someone picks the phone, ok, if not they may call next day). If it wasn't for our agent we probably would never close.
