Start NowWhere do I start! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was hands down the best experience I have ever had when it comes to buying a home. I am a retired veteran and wanted to get a Va loan, but had no idea what I needed to do to get started. I made one phone call to Shawn at Paddio and he answered all my questions with in minutes. Throughout the buying process Shawn was always very professional and was always very quick to answer questions we had. He walked us through the whole entire process. He also made our home buying process easy and stress free. Albert at Paddio was also very helpful with our paperwork and he was always very professional. It has now been 35 days and we are living in our dream home in the country! Thanks to Shawn Gideon and his team at Paddio! They made what was once just a dream become a reality, so if your looking to buy a new home. Great experience. Everyone recommended that I get my mortgage from a local bank but I’m glad I went with Paddio. Easy to work with and they make all the steps foolproof. They make sure everything goes smoothly without any issues.

Overall I had a great experience.
The only reason I gave a 3 to paddio as a whole is because of the loan officer that came in to fix all of Kyle's screw-ups. As well as being grateful for the ability to purchase my first home. Kyle and his "dropping the ball" on my paperwork as well as the realtor he initially set me up with, ruined the whole experience. Buying your first home should have been an exciting and happy milestone experience, instead it was utterly frustrating, miserable, and awful. Do better.
