The gentleman at ADT for Paddio was upset I decided not to use his offer and responded with a negative email, I might go as far as being appalled by his demeanor. His name is Timothy.
I was very unsure of the entire process but was glad I used Paddio. They provided me with all the right tools and team to get to the home I am in now.
Paddio got some great People, delivering outstanding service. I will absolutely recommend this service to my friends. Dan Wasmer is a outstanding, helpful Person.
Loved the Paddio team! They are super responsive. They even sent over a couple of packages. And their rates are very competitive. Will be using them on future refinances and/or purchases. :)
Paddio was extremely professional and well put together! Their team of concierge services worked very well together and everyone was friendly who reached out to me. I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish! As a first time home buyer, I was treated very delicately.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Paddio. I have done a few real estate transactions in the past and this transaction through Paddio was by far the easiest and smoothest one. I especially liked how convenient and user-friendly the customer-facing website is. There aren't too many things I would change. I highly recommend Paddio (and especially my loan officer, Sky Thomas, and loan coordinator, Grace Bernskoetter).
Our Paddio experience was awesome and came off as expected, despite a few crazy twists and turns along the way. And yes we'd use Paddio again only if Levi and his crew (including Walton) handled the process.

We’ve used rocket mortgage before and always liked them but paddio beat the rate, was on top of all communication and walked alongside us navigating the purchase process. The whole loan team was great and we will definitely only use paddio from here o out.

Maybe create a how to video of the process. The list wasn't prioritized in importance and got confusing at times
