I was very unsure of the entire process but was glad I used Paddio. They provided me with all the right tools and team to get to the home I am in now.
Paddio was extremely professional and well put together! Their team of concierge services worked very well together and everyone was friendly who reached out to me. I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish! As a first time home buyer, I was treated very delicately.

I have done a few real estate transactions in the past and this transaction through Paddio was by far the easiest and smoothest one. I especially liked how convenient and user-friendly the customer-facing website is. There aren't too many things I would change. I highly recommend Paddio (and especially my loan officer, Sky Thomas, and loan coordinator, Grace Bernskoetter).
Our Paddio experience was awesome and came off as expected, despite a few crazy twists and turns along the way. And yes we'd use Paddio again only if Levi and his crew (including Walton) handled the process.

Paddio was fantastic. It was the easiest process we’ve ever had with a home purchase. We’ve used rocket mortgage before and always liked them but paddio beat the rate, was on top of all communication and walked alongside us navigating the purchase process. The whole loan team was great and we will definitely only use paddio from here o out.

Worst experience of my life. Closing delayed over 1 month because of no fault of ours, yet we were penalized with higher costs. VERY UNFAIR!
I know there are a lot of mortgage companies out there but I genuinely feel like could not have done this without our whole team at paddio. From the initial call with James Irish, our loan officer, that started the entire process with the preapproval I knew we would be alright. James was honestly there 24/7 and even answered my texts over a holiday weekend while we were putting an offer on a house. Our loan coordinator, Matthew Burton, worked seamlessly to not only keep our loan on track with all the documentation needed along the way but also stayed in touch with our realty team as well so everyone was on the same page and nothing would hold us back. Lauren Bateman, our concierge, just made us feel like we were in good hands to getting all the nitty gritty things done that most other mortgage companies leave you alone to deal with. Also, Kellen Brondel and the paddio insurance team worked hard to find us the best rates and make getting home owners insurance seem effortless. Thank you so much to every one that had a hand in our mortgage process because I can tell you my family and I are comfortably sitting on our couch in our new home and couldn’t be happier and we know who helped us make this dream come true. Thank you Paddio.
