I would recommend Paddio to anyone. Very friendly people and very easy to follow instructions through the underwriting process. You feel supported through the whole process. I had a very good experience!
I love the effort Austin put into getting my loan approved. He returned phone calls and communicated effectively with me. I really admire his work ethic. As a travel nurse with different contracts its like im always changing jobs but Austin was knowledgeable and understood. I told him what monthly rate and interest rate I was looking for and Austin delivered just that. Within 2 months I was able to close on a beautiful home.
Paddio is a huge company but our team was a small circle that worked like a small town family business making us feel like we were their biggest client! Christopher Compton, Lynne Anthony and Erica Bruns tended to every need and concern like we were long lived family friends.They communicated with each other and kept us informed and educated us every step of the process.
