I believe Paddio has good intentions. Not everyone that works with Paddio does unfortunately. Did the complete my loan on time, yes, did they provide me with the rate they promised, no. Overall I would not recommend.

I was surprised when my mortgage was sent to another company, but am honestly releaved that I won't have to go through Paddio anymore. I am incredibly disappointed in this experience and have shared it with several of my friends and colleagues who are trying to buy in this market. Beside the point, but I also think it's weird that I was sent mens socks and a grilling gift? My husband didn't speak to paddio one time... I should've been sent an apolgoy bouquet for having to text dustin 17 times before he would respond to me the day before my closing.
