Start NowWhen I began the home buying process several realtors that I contacted did not respond back. Some responded but didn't follow through. Once I contacted Paddio, they got the process in high gear, and I closed in only a couple months. I highly recommend them. The entire team was awesome.

Hannah, Hayden and the whole Paddio team sent me an engraved (last name) blanket to help me feel better when they found out that I was in the hospital. It's the little things that make the biggest difference. I give Paddio 100% awesome job, great custmer service. Thanks again you guys, did an amazing job and even better service.
Overall good experience. When it came to locking in rates, it was hard to communicate since the Paddio loan team was only able to respond during business hours and my husband and I have workloads where we cannot step away without that time being scheduled. Also, I had to request wiring instructions and did not receive instructions until the day before closing. The week before closing and had not received wiring instructions. We did have to wait for the loan amount to be finalized. It was challenging to go to the bank the day of closing last minute. The forms were easy to fill out virtually using Paddio and I enjoyed being able to scan in my information via phone. I also had to ask about getting money back since we paid $750 up front for the appraisal and the appraisal was $540. I saw that the difference was paid two weeks after paying for the appraisal but it was not communicated, I had to ask.
Trent is a gem. He was able to thread a needle for my specific situation. He is kind, empathetic, transparent and the only reason I didn’t shop around even with my employer. His team sent my wife a plant when she had an unexpected surgery while being pregnant. Phenomenal experience!
