The whole experience from start to finish was so simple
I highly recommend the whole Paddio team. I cant tell you how easy and simple the process was for us. From start to finish with our loan process, they were there the entire time, answering questions and providing help. Setting up insurance quotes, concierge service for moving, hooking up utilities. Most is done online in your Paddio Account. We enjoyed the entire process. They look out for your best interest for sure. Thanks to all Heather, Jared , Mackenzie, Brandon. (I hope I didn't miss anyone) you all rock ! We will recommend to all that we hear of that want to purchase a home the stress free way. Mike and Cleta Matlock
The overall process with Paddio was great. Everyone was friendly, I was notified when there was something that I needed to address or documents to upload to facilitate the loan process. I appreciated that everyone was very responsive to my questions.

Start NowI love the effort Austin put into getting my loan approved. He returned phone calls and communicated effectively with me. I really admire his work ethic. As a travel nurse with different contracts its like im always changing jobs but Austin was knowledgeable and understood. I told him what monthly rate and interest rate I was looking for and Austin delivered just that. Within 2 months I was able to close on a beautiful home.
Paddio is a huge company but our team was a small circle that worked like a small town family business making us feel like we were their biggest client! Christopher Compton, Lynne Anthony and Erica Bruns tended to every need and concern like we were long lived family friends.They communicated with each other and kept us informed and educated us every step of the process. If you are serious about purchasing a home, transparent and devoted to your part in the process, Paddio has teams that will see you through to homeownership!
