Things got done quickly and efficiently between Paddio's to-do list and the clear communication between phone, email, or text. My realtor was also very impressed with Paddio. I would highly recommend them for consideration!

Start NowPaddio is a young company owned by a big lender. This makes the whole process very slow and intimidating. Our loan officer Josh Hembree is an awesome guy. Very knowledgeable, polite and well mannered. He really works for you to get you a fair deal. Unfortunately when he passed the loan to loan processor and underwriters things got disappointing. These people had no sence of organization or urgency, occasionally asked for documents one by one and took forever to review. They are not willing to stay on hold to get the information they need(if someone picks the phone, ok, if not they may call next day). If it wasn't for our agent we probably would never close.
Molly, Amanda, Drew & Jordan were amazing. Super nice and always there to answer questions. They helped me through every stage of the process and I would absolutely recommend Paddio.
Everyone I worked with during my experience was very helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and available. I appreciate my Paddio team very much! I will highly recommend Paddio.
