Melody Gates, Hayden Henke, and Lyndsey Ripper were all so very helpful during my home buying process. They were all very professional and friendly at all times and would return phone calls promptly. I'm not sure if they are always paired together or if it is random, but they make the dream team and made something as scary and foreign as buying a house seem like a walk through the park! I felt like I was getting the royal treatment. I will miss my contact with them! I would suggest Paddio to anyone looking to buy a home and I am writing this while sitting in my brand new home still over the moon! Thank you Melody Team!

Start NowSo where do I start. This has been such a fabulous experience. We ran into a couple of snags along the way. All I can say is Gina is probably the hardest working and kindest person we have ever worked with. Amidst the stress, endless documentation, working with us every step of the way, she went above and beyond any and all expectations. If I could rate her a 20 instead of a 10 I would. We have already been sharing our Paddio experience with others and we will be sending anyone who asks to Gina and her team. Literally I could type for pages about her customer service, attention to detail, keeping us updated, super informative, answered questions when we needed. I mean, I know I am forgetting things from the last 6 weeks but at the end of the day you have an amazing person working for you and we wish everyone with difficult customer facing roles learned from her.
Paddio was the fourth company I worked with ranging from rocket mortgage to lendlo mortgage and a couple others and no other company gave me the sincerity ease of communication and follow through I received from Shayla and her team at Paddio. She is top notch and in this market as a first time homebuyer and the horrible experience we had elsewhere she more than made up for it.got us a great deal. Thank you shay and Paddio love y'all!
