Best service for buying a house for first time home buyers. You all made the process so much easier than I ever thought possible. Thank you everyone involved. My wife and I have never felt safer or more happy than we do in our new home. Much loves everyone!
This is my 3rd mortgage through Paddio, and I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about them. Amanda was fast to respond, quick to answer all my questions, and got me one of the BEST rates I have seen for this market. Oren was one of the most meticulous and detail oriented people I have ever worked with. Not only did he go out of his way to ensure that this closing went smoothly, but his hard work enabled us to close in only 21 days from when I first looked at the house! Additionally, all the additional services offered helped me by saving a ton of money in homeowners insurance with three times the coverage. The MyMove checklist made this EASY. Lauren was able to help navigate me to this, and I was able to setup utilities and transfer services including my mail with just a few clicks of a button!I can't say enough good things, but most importantly, this team made me feel like I was part of the family, and they made a stressful situation of buying a home as worry free as I've ever had. I reached out to Paddio after another bank made me jump through hoops before finally declining to process the mortgage. My loan officer Andy Heffner and Coordinator Matthew Burton were simply outstanding in their service. My emails, texts, calls were promptly responded to/returned and I was kept in the loop throughout the process. The underwriting process was a little onerous, but was smooth. The website was very convenient and intuitive to use. Will definitely use them for any future mortgage needs.

Start NowPaddio makes the loan application simple through their online interfaces. Every step of the way their teams members are readily available to field questions and provide updates on the application process. The rates and amounts offered were competitive.
Made the process of buying a place ridiculously easy. I did it entirely from home other than closing and seeing the home. I also don’t remember having to deal with a ton of bots, or be on hold for forever. It was always easy to get a hold of a real person to ask any questions and all of Paddio’s people were patient, understanding, personable, and helpful.
Paddio’s team made the entire process smooth and easy. The team always made sure I understood what the process was like and if I needed anything to help the process go smoothly. I can’t recommend Paddio enough
