Paddio has been easy to work with. They have a simple online layout that makes it easy to complete all tasks needed to close. My loan officer was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They responded very fast to texts when I had questions or needed to talk about the loan. I highly recommend Paddio.

Christopher Compton answered my call. I was vulnerable, another company did me wrong. I was to close in 4 days & the other company didn't even have me approved. I called Paddio, Christopher said he got me. Christopher got me to closing & seller assist in 12 business days!!! So thank you Christopher Compton!

Amanda checked in regularly, kept me updated, and made sure everything went smoothly. I’m so thankful for their support throughout the entire process!
