I want to thank the entire team at paddio. Devan Brower,Rain Randall,the underwriters and especially Bailey Hendrix for making the loan process easy for a senior citizen who is in no way tech savvy. Your patience was very important.
Paddio is the only pit stop you need on the way to buying your new home. My experience was 100 out of 10. Special shout out to Brittany & Bailey who were on top of my home buying process 1000% of the time.
Thanks guys. If I can, I would get multiple loans for multiple properties with you guys. Please, my question about it was still open to be answered. I was wondering if I can have multiple loans.

You won't be sorry choosing Paddio. So many rules / laws have changed since I bought my last home in 2000 and the process is very complicated. Paddio walked me through the process and basically held my hand from start to finish.
