I work throughout the week and wouldn’t be able to ask questions during normal business hours; I can’t count all the times Wes went out of his way to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered outside of his normal business working hours, even on the weekends. He answered all of my questions in great length to make sure I understood the entire process and what all of the home buying “lingo” means. He was always more than willing to help me, even outside of his scope of work. I can’t thank him enough for making the approval process such an easy and smooth experience even being states away from their home office. 10/10 recommend Paddio and hopefully you get to work with Wes!

[[ i hope that paddio work great with me over this 30year that my mortgage is i will see ]] .. because the representante Aaron Smith He was completely unprofessional. He was very rude to me and misled me the entire time, telling me the mortgage would be no money down... and then on closing day, it turned out he had included an additional loan of over 7,000 for 10 years... I was never informed about that second loan... I had to sign knowing I was going to be taking on more because my family needed a home... that representative misled me by hiding the second loan from me, and he was also arrogant and unprofessional.
Just absolutely amazing easy to use website , mr loan officer Tucker was amazing guy helped me and explained everything to me and was super friendly and very professional and his team was also amazing Bailey was there to help as well , I highly recommend paddio , I was really on the fence about the whole process but the made it so easy for me , great people great website
