Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to paddio when it comes to funding for home buying. They are a great team and every problem that did come up we all worked together to get it solved. The process was not difficult and anything that I didn’t understand they provided me with the right information. Thank you to everyone that was involved. I am glad I chose paddio!

When I got into buying a home I was very skeptical. Not to sound pessimistic, but where you have banks, government and lawyers involved nothing really good can come of it. But, when dealing with the team at Paddio. All the preconceptions I had simply wasn't there. The team at Paddio were professional, responsive and very efficient. I highly recommend using them for your home buying experience.
Closing the loan was not a good experience. We were not given the answers we were asking about. I had to contact another loan company for complete answers. My loan coordinator would not give us complete and through answers as to why there was an issue with closing.
