One thing that I thought was amazeing since I didn't know much about the whole process, the app webpage really makes it so simple to get the things around you need and upload fast. Streamline the whole process.
Heather Evans was wonderful to work with. Incredibly kind and easy to talk to. Very responsive to calls and texts. Excellent at explaining everything and keeping us updated. Superior experience. This was our 3rd home to purchase and Heather is by far best loan officer I have worked with. Definitely recommend her. Overall experience with Paddio mortgage was very cohesive and pleasant. I put off buying a house for so long because I've heard so many stories of people having a hard time with the whole process. Mainly the loan side. Honestly the loan process was much smoother then finding the house.
The process of getting all the paperwork work was a nightmare! I understand the Federal requirements and the effort to prevent money laundering but WOW!
