My first impression of Paddio was through Kevin Robertson. He was so diligent in finding the right mortgage option for my situation. My loan was FHA. In the past, I’ve spoken with loan officers who treated me in a patronizing or condescending way because I couldn’t get a conventional loan. Dan was always professional, kind, and honest. What a great personality! It was his kindness that drew me to and kept me with Paddio. Later, when I met others in the team including (but not limited to) Lyndsey, Amelia, and Dan, I realized the HR Manager at Paddio needs a raise. Get on it management, these amazing employees are hard to find!
Home buying can be stressful but with the right people on your side it will definitely ease the process! Thank you guys!
“I am truly thankful for Paddio's professional and responsive team. As a first time home buyer, I could have been easily overwhelmed with all the steps involved, but the Paddio team helped to simplify the process with the Paddio checklist app which let me know what tasks were completed, what tasks were pending, and what tasks were left to be done. Paddio also connected me with a wonderful realtor who was from the town where I was buying my home who was very patient and knowledgeable about the home buying process. There are a lot of moving parts when buying a home, but Paddio helped make the process smooth and I couldnt' be more happy and satisfied!

Great team to work with
I plan to stay in my contacts. Sometimes it is difficult to go by words. My plan is to stay with Paddio home loan. I know that it is difficult, my plan is to stay in that contract.
